Estimates provided by Best Roofing are based on the information and conditions observed at the time of inspection. Final pricing may change if hidden damage, code requirements, or other conditions are discovered once work begins; any such changes will be discussed with you before additional work is performed.

Project start dates and timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permitting, and other factors outside our control. When scheduling an inspection or project, you agree to:

• Provide accurate scheduling, property, and billing information
• Provide reasonable access to the property for our crew
• Comply with any cancellation or rescheduling policies disclosed at the time of booking

5. Contracts, Payments, and Warranties

Roofing work is performed under a separate written agreement between you and Best Roofing. Payment terms, deposits, refunds, and warranty coverage for any project are governed by that written agreement. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in accordance with your written agreement.

6. Insurance Claims

Where we assist with documenting storm or hail damage, we do so as a roofing contractor only. Best Roofing does not act as a public adjuster, does not negotiate claims on your behalf, and cannot guarantee that your insurance company will approve a claim or the amount it will pay. Decisions about coverage are made solely by your insurer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, photographs, graphics, and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Best Roofing and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
